It is with profound sadness that we announce the devastating sudden loss of former club second row Keith (Tick) Jones.
Aged 59, Keith sadly passed away at his home on Boxing day evening. A main stay of the successful Athletic team of the eighties, he was joined by his brother Ian in the teams 'engine room'. A superbly athletic player, he was also very popular off the field and had very many friends in the club's environment. He will be greatly missed by us all.
Our thoughts and sincere condolences are extended to Janice and the family at this sad time.

As a mark of respect, a minute of silence will be observed prior to Saturday's home league game against Fishguard & Goodwick RFC.
The funeral ceremony will take place on Tuesday 9th January at 12.15pm, St Peter's Church, Carmarthen followed by cremation at Narberth, 1.45pm. A reception for family & friends will be held at the Athletic clubhouse.
