Everyone at the Club send our warmest congratulations to JAVAN SEBASTIAN on his selection for the Scotland Rugby World Cup Squad. 

We are absolutely delighted that our former Mini & Junior Section, Youth and First XV prop will feature in the upcoming showpiece in France.

Carmarthen born & bred, Javan represented Wales at various age grade levels, before gaining senior international honours with Scotland through ancestry qualification (his father was born & raised in Edinburgh). He  represented Scotland A before going on to gain his first senior cap against Japan at Murrayfield in 2021. He has won five Scottish caps to date.

A highlight of his time at the Club was no doubt his contribution to our Youth XV, lifting the National Cup in 2013 at the Millennium Stadium. He was part of a talented Red & Blacks team which included future senior internationals Ryan Elias & Josh Adams as well as fellow U18 cap Jack Maynard . A memorable day for Javan and the Club.

A father of three, two girls and a boy, Javan has signed a contract to play for Edinburgh on his return from the World Cup.

Our very best wishes to him and his family for the future.
