Despite constant rain, the Druids and Pontarddulais Development XV produced a very entertaining 'friendly' fixture, which resulted in a close 17 - 12 home win for the Red & Blacks.
Both sides attempted to run the ball at every given opportunity, however this adventureous play sometimes came unstuck due to the slippery ball.
Every credit to the Druids and Pontarddulais for their enterprise which resulted in three tries to two in the homesters favour.
Next week the Druids are once again at home in another friendly against Loughor 2nds.
